R. Aidan Flores
Principal
Mr. Flores is a Director in Page-Wheatcroft & Co., Ltd.’s
Consulting Practice, based in Dallas. Mr. Flores has over twenty years of financial and
business operations experience, including a record of improved financial performance
achievements in designing and spearheading the strategies, processes and operations of
business organizations in the U.S., Canada, Latin America and Western Europe.
As a Financial Executive responsible for strategic planning, financial
analysis, finance and accounting systems, inventory and asset management, strategic and
performance/profit improvements gained broad functional experience at Samsonite
Corporation, Tonka Toys, Texscan Corporation, Gateway Data Sciences and Gail Darling, Inc.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Flores is credited with the turnaround,
reorganization and re-listing of Texscan Corporation. He subsequently formed a management
and turnaround consulting firm in Scottsdale, Arizona, and functioned as acting CFO at
Gateway Data Sciences and Interactive Media Technologies, Inc.
Immediately prior to joining Page-Wheatcroft & Co., Ltd., Mr.
Flores led the Project Management Office for Andersen Consulting’s Global Solutions
Delivery Practice and worked in various client financial management functions for a number
of Andersen Consulting’s larger domestic and global client engagements.
Mr. Flores has a Bachelor of Business Administration with an accounting
major and emphasis in finance from the University of Texas at El Paso. In addition, he has
served in several business advisory and community boards, including being co-founder of El
Paso, Texas’ first Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in 1980. |
