Mary Pat Twardy
Director
Ms. Twardy joined Page-Wheatcroft in July 1998 as Office Manager and
Director of Research. She was promoted to Director in the Technology/Corporate Leadership
Practice in October 1999. Her current responsibilities include the full range of executive
search services including research, candidate development and client relations.
Prior to joining Page-Wheatcroft, Ms. Twardy worked in both the public
and private sectors primarily in international business, where she researched and prepared
business development and marketing strategies for companies involved in commercial and
government programs. In addition, she conducted research and analyzed data for in-depth
studies on major armaments initiatives. She coordinated defense-related trade shows for
international clients, as well as organized a senior-level symposiam on the future of the
European defense industry and the impact of consolidation within the American defense
industry. She was also a founding partner and vice president of an antique art importing
and distribution firm.
Ms. Twardy has over 20 years experience in all facets of office
administration: recruiting staff; preparing and overseeing budgets; developing office
policies and procedures; and researching and purchasing office systems.
Ms. Twardy is a graduate of the University of Miami (B.A. Economics)
and holds an M.A in Economics from Georgetown University. She began her career as a
portfolio manager in the Trust Department of Riggs Bank. |
