David Bourbonnais Principal
Mr. Bourbonnais joined Page-Wheatcroft & Co., Ltd. in
March, 2000
as a Principal in the firm's Consulting Practice, serving the firm's global Professional
Services and eBusiness consulting clients from our Dallas office. Mr. Bourbonnais has spent
more than twenty years in a variety of roles in technology, consulting and professional
recruiting services. A partial client list includes FedEx, Sprint, SAP, Software AG, and
AMR Information Systems.
For the world's top ERP software companies, Mr. Bourbonnais managed a
team of over thirty recruiters for a nationwide effort that successfully met aggressive
goals to add 100 consultants every six to eight weeks. During a second engagement, he
managed a national recruiting effort for sales and pre-sales professionals. Additionally,
he managed an internal executive search process and designed a College Relations and Recruiting
Program that targeted the top 25 graduate business schools and the top ten computer science schools.
For one of the world's top ten software companies, Mr. Bourbonnais recruited
Professional Services engagement managers, consultants, systems engineers (pre and post-sales
technical support) and technical managers for the western half of the U.S.
For one of the top three long distance telecommunications companies, he was
responsible for recruiting efforts to support an information technology center for over 1000
employees. He successfully met all recruiting targets for executive, managerial and technical
positions. He project managed the development of an internal recruiting system utilizing
client/servier technology.
For a technology subsidiary of a major airline company, Mr. Bourbonnais recruited
highly specialized airline reservation systems professionals from domestic and international airline
companies to build a state-of-the-art reservation system. Positions ranged from executive and
managerial to technical professionals.
As Director of Corporate Recruiting, Mr. Bourbonnais reported to the CEO for a
regional software product and services company where he managed all recruiting efforts in five
cities and for two subsidiary consulting firms in the Southwest. Mr. Bourbonnais project managed
the development and implementation of a distributed corporate recruiting system.
As a Consultant for the world's premier express delivery company, Mr. Bourbonnais
was responsible for recruiting at their Dallas Technology Center (DTC). He later joined the company
as a Manager of Systems Development and project managed the development and implementation of a
web-enabled system for knowledge management and resource allocation.
As Director of Human Resources for a pre-IPO software and services company, Mr.
Bourbonnais reported to the COO and established recruiting strategies and execution for technical,
management and executive personnel. Working with the executive team he designed and implemented
a corporate human resources policies handbook and an employee manual.
Mr. Bourbonnais holds a Masters in Education from the University of Oklahoma
and a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University. During his early career as an
educator he served an internship with the Teacher Corps program, taught in inner-city schools and
was a high school guidance counselor. |
