Ms. McNicholas joined Page-Wheatcroft & Co., Ltd.
as a Managing Partner within the firm’s legal and consulting practices
in March, 2001. Ms.
McNicholas brings nearly twenty years of senior level retained executive
search and business management experience to the firm.
Prior to joining Page-Wheatcroft & Co., Ltd. Ms.
McNicholas served as Vice President for a retained executive search firm
that identified professionals for professional services firms and top
management for first-tier financed technology driven start up companies.
Prior, Ms. McNicholas was the
Managing Principal for the newly formed National Selection Business for
Lamalie Amrop International, one of the largest and finest executive
search firms globally. While at LAI,
Ms. McNicholas completed a fifty Partner/Principal hiring effort in under
twelve months for PriceWaterhouse Coopers. This distinctly
separate recruiting model was designed to execute high volume engagements
across functional, industry and geographic lines.
The recruiting model and organization, designed and managed by Ms.
McNicholas, is still being successfully utilized today.
Before LAI, Ms. McNicholas spent seven years with Korn/Ferry
International as a generalist specializing in C-level searches for
technology driven companies and Senior/Managing Partner searches for large
law firms and consulting firms. She
began her career as a Management Consultant with Arthur Young & Co.
Ms. McNicholas received her M.B.A.
from Southern Methodist University and her B.A. from the University of
Texas at Arlington. She is
active in several civic and charitable organizations.
